Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Client Welcome Guide Template and/or Done-For-You Customization, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Product

The Client Welcome Guide is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped.

Once purchased, the template and/or customized guide will be delivered digitally using the email address provided at checkout.

2. Personal Use Only

Your purchase gives you a single-business license to use the Client Welcome Guide for your own business and clients.

You may customize the template for your own branding, business information, and client experience.

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the template
Share the editable template with others
Give the template away as a freebie or bonus
Claim the original template design as your own
Use the template to create a competing template or digital product for sale
3. Canva Access

The template is provided through Canva. You are responsible for having access to a Canva account and being able to use Canva to edit your purchase.

You may need a free or paid Canva account depending on the elements you choose to use or modify.

4. Done-For-You Customization

If you purchase the Done-For-You Customization add-on, you agree to provide all requested business information, branding, logos, links, policies, and other materials needed to complete your guide.

Your customization timeline begins once all required information and branding have been received.

Customized guides are typically completed within 3–5 business days.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted for customization is accurate, complete, and final.

Please carefully review your customized guide before sending it to your clients. You are responsible for confirming that all business information, pricing, policies, links, contact information, and other details are correct.

6. Revisions

The Done-For-You Customization includes one round of minor revisions related to information provided in your original customization form.

Requests that require substantial redesign, additional pages, new copywriting, or changes outside the original customization scope may require an additional fee.

7. No Copywriting Included

Done-For-You Customization includes placing and formatting the information you provide within the existing template.

It does not include creating your business policies, writing extensive copy from scratch, legal language, or developing new sections outside of the existing guide.

8. Digital Product Refund Policy

Because this is a digital product that is delivered electronically, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the template has been accessed or delivered.

Done-For-You Customization purchases are also non-refundable once customization work has begun.

If you experience an issue accessing your purchase or receiving your customized guide, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

9. No Guarantee of Business Results

This template is provided as a business resource and organizational tool. We do not guarantee specific client, sales, revenue, or business results from using the guide.

10. Intellectual Property

The original template design, layout, graphics, written content, and overall structure remain the intellectual property of Managed By Morgan.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the template for your own business. It does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original design to you.

11. Agreement

By checking the agreement box and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
